The S Sisters

One of my recent Christmas sessions was with the S sisters. We had been planning it for a couple of weeks and due to wind and cold weather it had been pushed back a couple of times. So, we brave it one day...basically me being stubborn against mother nature! Gale force winds didn't stop us...in fact it gave the girls "model windblown hair" LOL Here is a sneak peek at their session.....

Just a quick sneak peek!! Time flies. Yet again Christmas season is upon us and I am waist deep...no knee deep, in Christmas orders. I had to share an image from the V boy's session. It wasn't very long ago (in my mind anyways) that the oldest was in prek 4 at a school I worked at and now he is a senior!!! Just another example of time flying.....

Choo Choo Trains

I had such a good time with the C family a couple of weeks ago. Needless to say I wasn't planning on using the train in the photos until these two little boys saw it :) They loved exploring it!!

Tis the Season....to neglect my blog :)

I am way behind on blog post for the last two months so I am trying to catch up!! If you haven't seen your family's photos yet, don't worry I will post them soon. The last month has been a whirlwind of sessions, editing and designing Christmas cards. I love it!!! Well, maybe not the lack of sleep :) It is the time of year I get to catch up with clients that I haven't seen since the year before. Documenting another year that has passed....

Mr & Mrs

What a gorgeous wedding at the Museum of South Texas History in Edinburg!! Because of the innate beauty of the location, decor was elegant and light. After dinner the happy couple celebrated among their many friends and family under the star filled sky. What an amazing evening, thank you for having us as part of your special day! Congratulations Ashley & Julio!!!!

Happy 1st Birthday

I have been so bad about blogging lately...tis' the season to be busy! Fall is my favorite time of year for many reasons. Cooler weather, pumpkin spice lattes, family get togethers, CHRISTMAS....but one reason I enjoy more and more every year is my Christmas sessions. This is my third season and it is such a joy to capture families every year and witness how they are growing up. I just had to share some images from Luke's first birthday session. He was such a cutie!! He didn't crack many smiles that day but he has the most beautiful pensive look...he was really studying me :)

Little Piece of Heaven

I feel so blessed to live so close to South Padre Island. It is my little piece of heaven to sit on the beach with a good book listening to the waves. This past week was spent soaking up sun and having fun with my family as well as several beach sessions with great clients!! The gorgeous V Family was a dream to work with....even if the crazy winds were not :) Hope you enjoy your sneak peek.....
