Patricia Vonne concert

This past Saturday I was at Cine El Rey in McAllen photographing a concert. This time I actually had already photographed this performer, but she is a talented singer as well as an actress. Patricia Vonne is a Valley native, and comes from a family richly involved with the arts. Most notably is her brother Robert Rodriguez (director). If you have seen any of his movies you more than likely have heard Patricia's haunting and beautiful music. And if you have seen Sin City the masked Zorro-looking woman is Patricica herself. I highly recommend checking out her website, and music....and come out to Cine El Rey and check out the next concert!

"Dr. T" 10th Anniversary

This weekend I had the pleasure of photographing my pediatrician's 10 year anniversary of her practice. The evening started with mojitos and sangria while relaxing to music played by the band. The food from Edible Pursuits was delicious, and the night ended with dancing. Dr.Tiongson performed as well. She is an amazing doctor, and friend. Thank you for letting me be a part of such a wonderful evening of celebration. Congratulations!

Weslaco Chamber project

My most recent and on going project is in conjuction with the Weslaco Chamber of Commerce. Martha Noell is doing an ad campaign in the Rio Grande Valley Business Journal, Corpus Christi Business Journal and San Antonio Business Journal. It is highlighting business owner and people in the community who are excelling. I have had the pleasure of meeting and photographing amazingly accomplished people in Weslaco.
